Orders
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; in that case you will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping is $5.00 per order and free on orders over $100, shown at checkout before you pay. Most parcels arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination; delivery dates are estimates. If you need a confirmed delivery date, contact us before paying. Returns and refunds
Because our products are foods and personal care items, we accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective or incorrect items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the name of the affected item and clear photos of the product and packaging, and keep the packaging while we review the issue. There is no return fee; we will replace the item or refund you. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back. See Shipping and Order Help.
Products
Our products are made in Senegal. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; if you have an allergy or a medical condition, read the label and contact us before ordering. Our products are foods and cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Wholesale
Wholesale orders are subject to a separate price list and terms agreed in writing.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for orders placed through your account.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
