Made and packed in Senegal

We work with growers and women’s cooperatives across Senegal. Grains from the Senegal River Valley and ingredients such as baobab and shea connect our collection to the people and places behind it. Our pouches, bottles and jars are filled and sealed in Senegal before they travel to customers abroad.

The names you know

Niébé means black-eyed peas. Bouye is baobab fruit. Bissap is hibiscus. These names belong to the way people shop, cook and share food in Senegal, and we keep them alongside their English descriptions. For some customers, they bring back a familiar meal.
