Chilli Salt

Tonton Jeb Chilli Salt is a seasoning salt blended in Senegal: coarse salt mixed with dried red chilli flakes and a few small whole chillies. It brings the gentle, steady heat of Senegalese street-side dibi and grilled fish to your own table: sprinkle it over meat straight off the grill, fries, fried plantains, eggs or sliced mango. A little goes a long way, so start with a pinch and add more to taste. Made in Senegal, the salt is presented in a 150 g glass jar with a wooden lid.
