Thiouraye

Tonton Jeb Thiouraye is traditional Senegalese incense, a blend of resins, roots and perfumed grains prepared the way it has been in Senegalese homes for generations. Thiouraye is burned to scent a room, freshen clothes and welcome guests, and its warm, sweet smoke is part of daily life in Senegal. To use, place a few grains on hot charcoal or in an incense burner and let the fragrance rise; the incense is for burning only and is not for consumption. Keep the jar closed between uses so the blend keeps its scent. Made in Senegal, the incense is presented in a 250 g glass jar with a wooden lid.
