Kinkeliba Infusion

Tonton Jeb Kinkeliba Infusion brings you the classic Senegalese morning herbal tea. Kinkeliba (Combretum micranthum), called sekhew in Wolof, is a shrub whose dried leaves have been steeped for generations across Senegal and the Sahel, often with a little sugar or a squeeze of lemon. The taste is mild and earthy, close to a light black tea without the bitterness. To prepare, steep one sachet in a cup of hot water for five minutes, then sweeten to taste. Made in Senegal, the infusion is presented in a pouch of 20 sachets (36 g).
